To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

A return request must be submitted within 14 days after you receive your order.

You must contact us before sending your return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days using your original payment method.

Customers outside the EU may also return their items.

Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

Exchanges

You may exchange your product for another item or color within 14 days.

If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with your return instructions.

Pack the jewelry securely in its original box and ship it back to us.

Once received, we’ll confirm your refund or replacement.
